The Bog Oak ceramic ceiling light presents a wide, sculptural disc design, combining a raw ceramic surface with refined metal detailing to bring depth and texture to interior ceilings.

Handcrafted in our ceramics studio in Mullan Village, the shade is formed from black clay and defined by a coarse, naturally crackled surface that highlights its material character. The textured finish interacts with light to create subtle tonal variation, while the open underside allows illumination to spread freely across surrounding surfaces. When paired with an exposed filament bulb, the raw ceramic surface is softly emphasized, creating a warm interplay of light and shadow. The contrast between the organic ceramic disc and the precision of the metal canopy creates a balanced, material-driven composition.

Measuring 11" in diameter, this Class I fixture accommodates one bulb and offers a thoughtful lighting solution where texture and atmosphere matter.
