We love seeing customers share images of our lights on social media using #mullanlighting or tagging @mullanlighting. It is always inspiring to see our lighting in unique spaces and beautiful interiors.

From time to time, we may ask for permission to share your images or videos on our website, product pages, social media channels, email newsletters, printed materials and other marketing communications.

By replying to our request with #yesmullan, you agree to the following terms:

You grant Mullan Lighting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the image or video you approved with #yesmullan, referred to below as the “content”, for marketing purposes. This may include use on our website, product pages, email newsletters, social media, printed materials and other customer communications.

You retain ownership of the content. Mullan Lighting is granted permission to use it only for the purposes outlined above.

You confirm that:

• you own or control all rights to the content;
• you have permission from anyone who appears in the content to grant these rights; and
• Mullan Lighting’s use of the content will not infringe any third-party rights or breach any law.

You agree that Mullan Lighting is not required to pay you or any other person for the use of the content. You also release Mullan Lighting and anyone acting on its behalf from claims or liabilities arising from its permitted use.

Where possible, we will credit and tag your social media account. You may withdraw your permission at any time by emailing [email protected].
