The Rivale Oatstone ceramic wall sconce is a sculptural wall fixture, where hand-shaped ceramic form meets controlled, atmospheric lighting.

The undulating ceramic shade is finished in a warm Oatstone glaze, its softly mottled surface catching light with gentle variation. A central glass globe sits recessed within the form, allowing light to wash across the ceramic contours before dispersing outward. Paired with a refined metal backplate offered in multiple finishes, the piece balances tactile craftsmanship with carefully considered proportions. Its shallow profile keeps the fixture visually present without overwhelming surrounding surfaces.

Please note that each Oatstone shade is carefully slip-cast and hand-glazed in our ceramics studio in Mullan Village. The Oatstone glaze develops subtle tonal shifts during firing, making each shade visually distinct. Variations in colour, texture, and form are a natural result of this process and an intentional part of its handcrafted identity.
