5 Year Warranty

At Mullan Lighting, we design and manufacture all of our fittings in-house, giving us complete control over quality and reliability. To reflect this, most of our products are supplied with a 5-year warranty.

All fittings manufactured by Mullan Lighting are covered for five years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to light bulbs or to components that have been sourced from external suppliers. If required, a formal warranty document can befound on our Dropbox.

Because we manufacture every fitting in our own workshop, we maintain full oversight of the entire process from start to finish. Our skilled craftspeople ensure precision and consistency at every stage, while strict quality control measures guarantee that each product is checked and tested before dispatch. If any issues arise, our customer support team is committed to resolving them quickly and fairly.
