Returns

Each Mullan Lighting product is handmade to order specifically for you. We therefore do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, including where the wrong product, size, finish, quantity or specification has been ordered.

Please check all dimensions, finishes, specifications and electrical requirements carefully before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, is materially different from its description, or differs from your order confirmation, please complete the form below. Visible damage and other immediately apparent issues should be reported within 14 days of delivery. Defects that could not reasonably have been identified within this period should be reported as soon as they become apparent.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the affected product, packaging and delivery label. Keep the product and original packaging while we review your request.

As our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, finish and patina are natural and are not considered defects where consistent with the product description and images.

Once reviewed, we will confirm the appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Do not return a product without prior authorization. Authorized returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving our instructions, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

If you purchased through a retail partner, please contact them directly.

We will respond within three business days. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
