The Rivale ceramic wall sconce presents a compact and sculptural form, where handcrafted ceramic and soft illumination combine to create a grounded and refined presence within interior spaces.

Mounted on a simple backplate, the sconce features a curved ceramic shade with a dome-like profile that gently cradles a central glass diffuser. Its low-profile form introduces a subtle architectural quality, making it well suited to more intimate or space-conscious settings.

Handcrafted in our ceramic studio in Mullan Village, the shade is formed from richly pigmented clay and finished in a soft metallic earth glaze. The surface reveals gentle tonal variation, adding depth and warmth while enhancing the tactile quality of the ceramic.

The glass diffuser, available in clear, opal or frosted finishes, directs light downward while allowing a soft ambient glow to wash across the wall behind, creating a balanced and atmospheric lighting effect.

Measuring 8.25" in diameter with a projection of 6.0", the Rivale offers a compact yet expressive presence, ideal for hallways, bedside settings or reading areas.

The metal components are available in a selection of finishes, including antique brass, antique silver, polished brass, satin brass and matte black, allowing the piece to integrate seamlessly across a range of interior styles.
