Bolton Park is an exclusive development of 21 luxurious homes in Dublin, Ireland. Located close to Rathfarnham, this development boasts an idyllic setting with an abundance of open space and landscaped area full of luscious greenery. As part of their redevelopment of the Bolton Hall site, Homeland Developments worked with Kingston Lafferty Design to create the newly launched Bolton Park. Kingston Lafferty Design devised the show house interior for this development, a unique and charismatic property that features original exposed brick walls throughout. Kingston Lafferty Design’s brief was to highlight the authenticity of the building and focus on its unique features to create a timeless home that has the ability to meet the needs of the modern family.
