Cables
Any products depicting twisted fabric cable are sent with round braided cable. Cable colors are restricted to black and brown only.
Canopies and Sconce Mounting Brackets/Backplates
Due to differences in junction box sizes between the US and Europe, as well as UL requirements and aesthetic considerations for covering the box, it's essential to ensure proper sizing of canopies and sconce mounting brackets/backplates. This not only enhances the overall appearance of the fixture but also serves as a safety measure.
For this reason, we automatically replace the standard canopies and sconce mounting brackets/backplates supplied with our light fittings to ensure they're the correct size for the junction boxes used in North America. This proactive approach guarantees both safety and aesthetics, aligning with our commitment to providing high-quality, compliant lighting solutions.
The 3.9" (10cm) standard pressed bracket and the 3.34" (8.5cm) IP wall plate are replaced by the larger 4.7" (12cm) pressed bracket/canopy.
The 3.93" (10cm) cast dome is replaced with a larger, 4.6" (11.7cm) cast dome.
The 3.14" (8cm) cast cone and the 2.55" (6.6cm) sacred heart brackets are replaced with a larger 4.52" (11.5cm) cast cone bracket.
The 5.5" x 1.57" x 0.78" (14 x 4 x 2cm) and 15.7" x 1.77" x 0.78" (40 x 4.5 x 2cm) rectangular wall brackets remain unchanged.

How to Identify a UL Certified Product

Where to Find Our Certification Label
For our lighting fixtures, you can find the UL Certified label underneath the mounting bracket of a wall sconce. For pendant lights, ceiling lights, or chandeliers, the UL Certified label is typically located inside the canopy. Additionally, you'll find the QC (Quality Control) label in the same place, containing the manufacturing date and quality control details.
