Terms and Conditions - Instagram #yesmullan
We love it when customers post images of our lights on social media using the hashtag #mullanlighting or tag @mullanlighting. It's great to see all of the unusual places and spectacular interiors that our lights adorn.
Occasionally, we may request to share these images and videos on our own channels. This can be on the product pages of our website in order to inspire other customers. We may also publish these on our own social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok) and in our email newsletters.
By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesmullan, you agree to the following:
You provide Mullan Lighting, a non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license to use any media you have responded with #yesmullan, hereinafter referred to as "picture", in our marketing. This includes on our website, email newsletter, social media, print materials and other customer communications and marketing purposes. At no time will we claim ownership rights of the picture, only the right to use them in our marketing materials.
You hereby certify that:
- you own all your rights to the picture,
- you have been granted permission from any person appearing in the picture to transfer the rights herein, and
- the use of your pictures by Mullan Lighting will not violate any third party's rights or violate any law.
Hereby, you release Mullan Lighting from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and for the intellectual property rights of those associated with the above described uses, thereby freeing and agreeing to keep Mullan Lighting and all persons acting for Mullan Lighting free from all claims and liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
Where possible, we will tag your social media account and give full credit for the picture. You will benefit from the publicity on our website and social channels. You also have the option to withdraw your permission at any time by emailing [email protected].
