How can I receive a catalogue?

Yes. We have wide range of bathroom and outdoor light fittings that you can view here.
Where are the products manufactured?
All light fittings are manufactured in Ireland by Mullan Lighting.

Delivery and returns

What is the standard lead time?
Our lead time for standard products is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation until delivery.
Can I track the delivery of my product?
If your product has a value of over €50.00 it will automatically be sent on a tracked delivery service. Tracking information is not sent automatically. Please contact us with your order details to receive the tracking information.
How much are the delivery fees?
Carriage is charged at cost price per order and is calculated at checkout.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
Estimated date of delivery can be confirmed. However, it is not possible to request a delivery time. Generally our couriers deliver Mon-Fri 9am -5pm.
Will I be contacted when my order is out for delivery?
The courier will not contact you before attempting delivery. If there is no one to accept delivery at the destination address the courier will return the parcel to their warehouse and a member of staff will then contact you about the shipment to arrange another, suitable delivery date.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Please contact us directly and we will be happy to advise on the status of your delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You may change the delivery address on an order up to 24hrs before the estimated date of dispatch. We do sometimes send orders out before the dispatch date is provided so it is better to provide the correct address at the time the order is placed.
What should I do if I have received a faulty light fitting/damaged or defective item?
Please let us know via email to and we will endeavour to fix the issue as soon as possible.
Do you accept product returns?
We are happy to issue a refund excluding delivery charge for the return of all standard items as long as they are returned within 30 working days of delivery. We cannot offer refunds for bespoke or customised products and cannot cover the return carriage costs.
What is your returns procedure?
Please complete the returns form and place inside your return delivery box. Please ensure to pack all goods for return carefully as we cannot refund for damaged returns. You can return the items to our main address which is listed in our contact us section of the website.


Are your light fittings dimmable?
All our light fittings are dimmable when used with an appropriate dimmable bulb.


Are bulbs included with the product?
Bulbs are sold separately for all light fittings.
Do you have dimmable lamps available?
We have dimmable and non-dimmable lamp options available.
What is the lifespan of an LED lamp?
The standard life of an LED lamp is 24,000 hours.
How should I dispose any used lamps?
Energy efficient light bulbs are a type of fluorescent lamp and can be recycled at local recycling centres. Older style 'incandescent' bulbs aren't recyclable and should be thrown away in your rubbish bin.
Why are LED so expensive?
The price of these lamps is relative to the life length. When you purchase an LED lamp they will last for approximately 24,000 hours (compared to 3000 hours for a standard incandescent lamp).
What are the energy savings realised by switching to LED bulbs?
An LED lamp uses approximately 75% less energy than incandescent lamps.


What are your accepted methods of payment?
Payment can be processed over the phone with credit/debit card, by bank transfer or PayPal. Please contact us directly via email or phone if you wish to pay via bank transfer.


What does the CE mark represent?
CE stands for "European Conformity." A product in one of the controlled product categories cannot legally be sold in the EU unless it has passed the tests to receive the CE marking.
Are your lights UL listed for use in the United States/Canada and Japan?
We can manufacture all our surface mounted light fittings to UL standard.

What are the conditions to get these rates?
If you send us through an email with your company name, vat number (if applicable), link to your website and address details we will be happy to advise you of your discount.
Is it possible to order bespoke items?
We can manufacture bespoke items depending on product and quantity. If you have a bespoke enquiry please send us an email with an image or sketch of what you require and we will confirm if it's something we can manufacture.
