Traditional-style lighting on show at The 51 Bar, Dublin
With a host of awards to its name, The 51 Bar in Dublin's Haddington Road chose Mullan Lighting to finish the desired look and feel of the bar. The bar is packed from morning to night attracting sports fans, whiskey lovers and families. By using a mix of traditional style lighting, this created an authentic looking traditional Irish Bar.
As the bar also serves food, it was important to get the correct balance of a cosy atmosphere yet bright enough to read menus and enjoy the social setting of the Bar.
The chosen lighting played a major role in transferring the Bar's atmosphere from day to night.
Along with its awards for Best Carvery in Leinster and Best Sporting Pub, the Bar boasts one of the largest whiskey collections in Dublin. In order to highlight and showcase such a display required illuminating the bar area to allow customers to see this impressive selection.
